Andrea Arnold is a Principal Cardiac Physiologist with over 30 years of experience. She trained at Bury District General and is specialised in cardiac rhythm management with her primary focus being electrophysiology and loop recorder implantation. Andrea also has experience in both the private sector and as a Clinical Applications Specialist/Sales for GE Medical systems supporting cath lab electrophysiology and non-invasive procedures. She began at Wythenshawe in 2004 as Regional Cardiac Clinical Tutor for the undergraduate training program in HealthCare Science in conjunction with Manchester Metropolitan University where she has been a Senior Honorary Lecturer for over 10 years. Andrea also delivers and organises training for the Masters program in Healthcare Science at MMU. She is heavily involved in the delivery and placement of Specialist Training at both undergraduate and postgraduate level for cardiac trainees.
