Charlotte Hulse, Heart Failure Specialist Nurse at Royal Bolton Hospital applied for one of our financial grants. She explained “We want to invigorate and support our Heart Failure Group which is now running off-site. We want to be able to document our clinical assessments during the sessions and also have up-to-date clinical information, such as medication records, for those attending to manage questions. We also want to provide an engaging and socially supportive environment”
NW Hearts Charity was delighted to facilitate the purchase of a laptop to manage patient queries and offer visual presentations for learning, as well as a financial contribution for various resources to ensure the group was able to enjoy a range of pursuits and activities.
