Members of the Bolton Heart support group, facilitated via a financial grant from NW Hearts Charity, were able to celebrate the end of the year with a trip to a local theatre.

Patients enjoyed a performance of the play “Black Tie Ball” at Bolton Octagon last week, thanks to specialist Heart Failure nurse Charlotte Hulse.

Charlotte said “It was lovely to see so many smiling faces and recognise that those patients, who are at risk of social isolation, had an opportunity to come together to enjoy an activity together”.
