When our Chief Executive, Sue Martin, was invited to meet one of the most inspirational cardiac survivors she jumped at the chance. There are only around 300 adults in the UK living with a Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) and Bob is one of them.

Sue was amazed to find that Bob had traveled to the meeting point on his bike, looked a picture of health and was talking about regular camping trips.
