NW Hearts Charity were delighted to see that the Singing from the Heart project, delivered by Inter-generational Music-making, has been able to set up a new programme in Eccles, Salford. The project, for people living with heart disease, aims to support individuals to come together via musical intervention to improve physical health and develop long-term social interactions.
