“I participated in today’s charity exercise event for NW Hearts to support a cause that is close to my heart. As a financial adviser, I believe in the importance of investing in our health and wellness, and this event allowed me to contribute while promoting awareness for heart health. The funds raised will not only assist those in need but also support valuable research that can lead to better health outcomes for many. Together, we can make a meaningful impact on our community!” – Greg Middleton- Middleton Wealth Management.

“I took part mainly to support the charity as I have lost a couple of family members to heart problems and to see how unfit I actually am. I’m just glad I wasn’t the only one gasping for air” – Alasdair Newton, Omega Office Supplies.

“Having seen my dad suffer a heart attack when I was a child & more recently my other half’s brother in-law survive similar (he’s a father of 3).I understand the importance of heart health and looking after yourself. Our health & wellness is important and the work that Charities like NW Hearts Charity is vital, I am proud to have done my part (however small) to support a worthwhile cause”. – Nick Clarke, Evolution Managed IT Services.
