In December 2024 we had the pleasure of attending the Construction and Property event held by the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce. There were many organisations in attendance who we wouldn’t easily be able to speak with, so it was a great result to book heart health sessions for 3 different organisations who were in attendance.

Our heart health sessions cover a range of topics around heart health and can easily be offered to employees as a well-being session, or the ever increasingly popular ‘lunch and learn’. How about incorporating a ‘Heart-y Feast’ with a heart health session as a lunch and learn?
